It is a net-formed cloth primarily treated with silane finishing agent which creates a good adhesion to phenolic and/or epoxy resin coated on the cloth. The resin bonds the cloth and emery together to reinforce the wheel with a good capability of heat-resisance and highspeed-cutting as well. |
